Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Premium Custom Tailoring: Due to high demand and limited availability, Premium Custom Tailoring requires a small deposit to reserve your appointment. This helps ensure that each client receives the focused, personalized service they deserve, and that our schedule remains fair and efficient for everyone. As we continue to grow and prepare for an exciting expansion into a larger space, we appreciate your support in upholding these policies designed to protect your time and ours. Booking & Deposit: All fittings require an appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied in full to your final balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Tiered Deposit by Service: Each fitting is unique and may vary in complexity. Our tiered deposit system ensures fairness and reflects the time, expertise, and preparation required for each level of service. $14 – Standard alterations (1–2 garments, approx. 15–25 minutes) $28 – Suits, formalwear, or 3+ garments (approx. 30–45 minutes) $56 – Bridal gowns or luxury/custom tailoring (approx. 50–100 minutes) Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes can be made through our booking platform at PremiumCustomTailoring.com. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. Please understand this policy exists to protect the time of our tailoring experts and allows us to offer your original time slot to another client. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping with other clients. Late arrivals may result in shortened fitting time or a need to rebook.
